BACKGROUND
The company Director - Dave Andrews, who started his career as an apprentice in mechanical design engineering within the telecommunications and defence sectors, qualified as an advance mechanical design engineer. Dave's passion for design and quality production led him to become a six-sigma black belt professional and IQA member.
Over the years Dave worked as a Quality and Production Manager until he become Operations Manager with the Marine, Manufacturing and Engineering sectors, it was only a matter of time before Health and Safety responsibilities were handed to Dave as part of his senior management roles ensuring legal compliance. Over the years Dave has managed projects with the UK’s top manufacturers and have led projects for BAE Systems, Filtration Systems, Siemens, Thales, Lockheed Martin, Lexus, Mactaggart Scott, Carnival and LM Wind.
Today Dave and his wife Caroline, whose background is metal manufacturing and supply, is a qualified Quality Auditor to ISO management systems and passionate about working with local businesses. Together they are committed to using local UK products and professional talent to help them achieve a company that offer a bespoke service putting their customers at the heart of every project by providing their customers with the best market prices at NO compromise to quality.
